Long Exposure Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

PHX Beer Co is proud to bring you a collaboration with our friends at Carefree Spirits Distillery. Bourbon Barrel Aged Long Exposure is our imperial stout aged in fresh bourbon barrels. This beer starts out with a slight maple syrup sweetness but transitions gracefully into a dry, wooden, toasted quality. Evaporation is pleasant but not overpowering. This stout is slightly less effervescent, allow to warm in the glass and enjoy!8% ABV - 50 IBU

Do you see the storm coming? When the Arizona heat is becoming unbearable, most of us welcome the seasonal storms we call Monsoons. Why? We need to be refreshed. We need to cool off. Monsoons often come unexpectedly, fast and powerful. We found a way to pack all of these features into this tropical IPA. And just like the storm itself, Monsoon IPA is a force to be reckoned with. 7% ABV — 70 IBUs

ZANJERO Juicy Hazy IPA

Since the late 1800s, the Zanjeros would travel near and far opening our canals to ensure water flows out of our faucets and grow our crops. Without these "Ditch Riders", not only would we not have water we wouldn't have BEER. For this reason, we give thanks to the Zanjeros. This IPA flows freely with citrus fruit-forward hops so aromatic, that no gate can hold it back..6.3% ABV | 20 IBU

North Rim Hazy IPA

Our newest hazy IPA is double dry-hopped to be intentionally aggressive, full of flavor, and in your face. The bitterness is assertive but not overpowering, the flavor is strong but balanced. Simcoe hops lend a nose of passionfruit, apricot, and pine while the Idaho 7 hop boasts flavors of red grapefruit and papaya. Enjoy!6.7%ABV | 70 IBU
